Self-Care: The Canteen Exercise

    Thank you so much for this. I try to do this for myself, but putting it into categories makes it so much more attainable. I generally have set a monthly and yearly, however not a weekly or daily, so thank you.

    This year my annual plan was to take a hot air balloon ride. I will be doing that in a few weeks. I bought a GroupOn a few months back after returning from a 3 month trip in Ecuador and come October I will be setting to the wind following a romantic breakfast (included) with myself and my Heavenly Father. The perfect date! 🙂
